Customer Service: It is our commitment to you 'the customer' to provide the very best products and service possible.   We process orders quickly, pack items carefully to insure your product arrives in excellent condition.  Customers can also email us at customerservice@fbgifts.com or call 980-819-9176 local (877-996-2927 toll free) during business hours to speak with a representative .

Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for Shipping and Handling.  Occasionally fbGifts.com with offer FREE shipping on select products. Our primary carrier is UPS.  However, customers do have the option of choosing  FedEx, or USPS during checkout. Once your items ship you will be notified and given a tracking# for your convenience. View this UPS map to determine how long it might take for package to arrive after you have been notified. Packages are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made with customer service.
Local Customers can select "Store Pick Up" to avoid shipping fees and pick up your awards at 520 Griffith Rd, Charlotte NC 28217.

Returns Policy:  Report of damaged merchandise should be made right away. Call (980) 819-9176 to report. To return damaged merchandise for exchange or refund, you must obtain an RA#(Returns Authorization). Write the RA# on the outside of the returning box. Customers will have 5 days to return damaged merchandise to 520 Griffith Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217 after contacting our office.    We will not accept merchandise not in original packaging, without an RA# or if it arrives outside the 5 day grace period.   Orders placed online cannot be rejected prior to receiving merchandise unless approval is given by the management.
