Quality Products
We select products from many suppliers in the industry. We use customer input and purchase patterns to determine our product lines. If a product receives a negative rating for any reason, it is dropped from the offerings and not returned. Customers are asked about the quality of our products through random surveys sent immediately after purchases. We use this information to help maintain and improve quality.
Competitive Prices
Like most companies we compare prices, not just in our local area, but nation wide. We work very hard to keep our pricing structure inline with many of our competitors. If we determine that our price has exceeded the specific range for a specific product, we will take immediate action to bring it back inline.
Customer Service
Our owners have been extensively trained in Customer Relations Management and Customer Service. Very early on we started a Customer Relations program to better manage the customers and their interaction with the company. The program involved sending surveys to customers asking for feedback on recent interactions. The results of the surveys are used to the strenghten the company's ability to support the needs of the customer and reinforce fbGifts & Awards as a customer driven company. The company works very hard to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. Comments on pricing, quality, services and professionalism is encouraged on the surveys.

Fast Turnaround
We work very hard to turn all orders around in 48hrs on all in stock items. All other orders are turned around in 72 hours or sooner. If a customer requires a faster turnaround, it can be accomondated, sometimes without any additional fees.
