Can I get a Proof before engraving starts?
Yes, it is our standard practice to provide a proof. Proofs are generally
provided in PDF format and within 24hrs of your order being placed. Proofs are
graphical depictions of the products purchased using specific fonts and logos if requested.
Do I get a new proof if I submit approval with changes?
Yes, However after the second proof additional charges may apply. Also your order will not proceed to production until the proof has been approved by you or your designee.
What are your Engraving fees?
Each product has specific engraving fees found on the product description page. We don't inflate the price of our products in order to advertise Free Engraving.
Are Logos included in the Engraving fees?
Yes. However, logos must in vector format. The following formats are best suited: .ai, .eps, .pdf (high resolution). Logos not provided in these formats could result in additional art prep fees.
What is your Setup Charge?
Most of our set fees are included in the engraving fee. If there is a separate setup fee it will be listed on the product description page.
What if my Award arrives Engraved incorrectly?
We take great care to ensure accuracy on all of our awards. Internal procedures are in place to ensure we engrave only what you approve, though mistakes can happen. If you receive awards engraved differently than your approved artwork we will take care of all costs required to replace your award(s).
When will my order ship out?
We ship most orders within 48 hrs after proof approval. When your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking # for your convenience. We will use the valid email address you provided when you placed your order.
What is Colorfill and can I get Colorfill on my product?
Colorfill is a process used on Crystal, Glass, Acrylic and Wooden Awards to chnage the color of the engraved text. Brass plates on plaques are not colorfilled. If you ordered one of the applicable products, You can ask for the colorfill process to be used. Colorfill is available in gold, silver, black or white. There is an additional charge of $5.00 per piece for this service.
Can You Create A Custom Award For Me?
Yes, Custom awards are our specialty. We can create almost any design to fit your needs. All we need is your ideas in the form of pictures or drawings and we can start that process. You will be able to make adjustments as the product develops through the proof process.
What methods of Payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Cash or Checks
Do you work with PO's(Purchase Orders)?
Yes, we are setup to work with your company's PO system
Can you Drop Ship Awards to different locations from my own?
Yes. Standard shipping & handling charges will apply. We request that you call us to request the process after you have placed your order with the desired shipping address.
Do all Awards come in a Presentation Box?
Yes, However in a few cases, due to the size of the award packaging may not be available. We make every effort to ship our awards in boxes suitable for presentation.
Can I call in or fax my order?
Yes. Orders can be placed via telephone 980-819-9176 or (877-996-2927). Orders can be faxed to 980-819-5032 using this order form. If your order is placed via phone or fax, you will be asked to
provide payment before the order is processed. Customers with net 30 terms will need to provide purchase order # in advance.
Can I order multiple products using one text field?
Yes, When ordering the same item with different text, you should type all text for each item, separated by a line.
